Shipping Rates:

The shipping fee for orders within Doha is QAR 50.
"By Nouf is not responsible for the 50 QAR delivery charge; this fee is solely for the driver who delivers your item and is unrelated to our operations."

"We take full responsibility for ensuring your item is perfectly repaired within the 1-year warranty period. However, customers are kindly asked to cover the 50 QAR delivery charge for repairs, applicable from the time of receiving your order up to one month only."

The shipping fee for orders outside the country is QAR 150.

Shipping Methods and Carriers: We utilize reliable shipping methods and trusted carriers to ensure timely delivery of your orders. The specific carrier and shipping method may vary depending on the destination and package size.

Order Processing Time: Once your order is successfully placed and payment is confirmed, we will process it within 1-5 weeks. Please note business days do not include weekends or public holidays.

Estimated Delivery Time: Delivery time depends on the destination. While we make every effort to deliver within the estimated timeframe, unforeseen circumstances or customs may cause delays.

Customs and Duties: For international shipments, customs duties, taxes, and additional fees imposed by the destination country are the recipient’s responsibility. These charges are beyond our control. Please check with your local customs office before placing an order.
